    Wonderful photography Jennifer - gorgeous crystals!! We are into the 1st day of summer here and 30degrees so the sight of these wonderful frost keep one in perspective!! Cheers enjoy cuddling up to your hearth soon!!

      Oh summer! I could use a burst of it right now. Oddly enough, the temps at home (up north of here in Connecticut) are warmer right now by about 15 degrees. A veritable heat wave of sorts. Of course, these frosty mornings do make for good photographic fun. Enjoy!

    These are wonderful - such crystals! They appear like small shards of glass and looking at them on the warm-coloured wood you almost forget how cold it must be ...

      This was the first time I can remember ever seeing such defined frost crystals. Haven't been out yet to see what this morning has brought, but it is frosty again.

      Love these--especially the textures in the first one!!! Frosty here, too. I love the scarves and hats and gloves that go with this season, but not the ch-chi-chilling cold.
