In case anyone is wondering, the absence of new posts does not equal the absence of time in the studio. I've been playing and working with storytelling and the concept of a story within a story.
The full piece of black-painted-white linen covers my entire work table. The current thought in mind is that when more of the story is written and a few more surface things are done to the full piece, it will be cut into smaller squares...probably 12". Then again, as we all know, works of art have a mind of their own and this one may decide that another size if preferable. Stay tuned.
