Two thoughts....I love the sound and feel of a sewing machine stitching paper....and you are amazing. I know the challenge of moving forward creatively with a family to nurture. Blowing wind under your wings....ox
Your kind words are very appreciated Marianne. My urchins asked about home schooling the other day and I laughed til tears flowed...cause there's no way that would ever happen. I need the studio time to stay sane. They just haven't realized that yet. Enjoy!
Isn't it a scrumptious sound with texture of its own? At least this take didn't include a spurt of colorful words when I thought I'd destroyed the whole piece by stitching in the wrong spot...
J - there is often so much process to our creative pieces - but so worth the it. Go well. B
ReplyDeleteVery true. Your process of transforming metal and all the steps and skill involved always fascinates. Enjoy!
