Santa Fe - Saturday

Last Saturday, all packed and not quite ready to leave, Pam and I headed to the airport in Albuquerque to catch flights back to our respective homes.

The sun was just rising as our drive began.

As we neared Albuquerque, little dots became visible in the sky. 

It was the opening weekend of the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta.

 
What a glorious sight!

As Pam drove, I took photos (and secretly vowed to go up in one next year).
