Searching for Roy G Biv 4 - Violet - Update 2

Welcome to the Search for Roy G Biv! We're up to violet - or as I learned the rainbow - purple. This month's offerings are mostly from my current visit to Philadelphia and feature accents of the color as in the case of Laura Petrovich-Cheney's When I Am 64 with its one purple square.

    1. The mural was a huge surprise. It extended from end to end of the long lobby and dominated the space. Enjoy!

  5. J - what an amazing piece of art in the lobby - we should all have one to bring more colour into our lives. Go well. B

    1. Isn't it fantastic? The piece is actually painted on the wall and covers much more space than I was able to fit into one shot. I kept looking for a tag to identify the artist, but never found one. Imagine one wall in your living room painted like that... Enjoy!

  6. Jennifer, you always have such a variety of unusual shots because of all your traveling, and this post is no exception. I especially love that last shot!

    1. That wall was such a surprise that all I could do to begin with was stand there and gape. It spanned the full width of the lobby - which was huge. Wouldn't it be great to have one wall in your house painted like that? Wonder what my husband would think if I tried....
